Job summary

Impact Fire Services in the United States seeks a Director, Project Operations to lead a fast-growing fire protection project business, including sprinkler, alarm, suppression, and special hazards installations. This role partners with finance, branch leadership, and regional executives to drive forecasting accuracy, margin improvement, and scalable growth while supporting the company’s M&A strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fire protection, life safety, or construction project management.
• 5+ years leading multi-location project operations in fire protection.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, fire protection, construction management, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, AHJ requirements, and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-location oversight for fire protection project operations across branches.
• Standardize estimating, design, installation, commissioning, and closeout processes.
• Manage project P&L, forecasting, WIP, and cost-to-complete.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration planning.
• Coach project managers, estimators, and designers for performance.
