Job summary

US Foods is seeking a leader to oversee a team of Territory Managers in selling and expanding our product and service offerings. The role focuses on coaching, developing, and directing TMs to achieve revenue and account growth within a defined district.

The ideal candidate has extensive foodservice sales experience, proven supervisory skills, and a willingness to travel for trainings, meetings, and events. Strong negotiation and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of foodservice sales experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Overnight travel may be required for trainings, meetings, or events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) to drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and train TMs to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Lead district sales plans to achieve AOP and company goals.
• Direct TMs to open new accounts, penetrate existing accounts, and reduce churn.
• Coordinate product cuttings and demonstrations and develop sales strategies for customers.
• Manage budgets and expenses related to street sales activities.
