Job summary

US Foods is seeking a leader to oversee a team of Territory Managers across our service district. You will drive revenue, plan routes to acquire and retain accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve annual operating plan targets.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with extensive field experience and a valid driver’s license. Travel is expected to participate in trainings and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Five years of foodservice sales experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of Territory Managers to achieve division sales and growth.
• Coach, mentor, and train TMs to meet AOP and company goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop new hires and existing TMs.
• Plan district sales budgets and activity with leadership and marketing teams.
