Job summary

US Foods in Manassas, VA seeks a senior sales leader to oversee a group of Territory Managers in selling our products and services. You will coach TMs, drive revenue, develop district plans, and close opportunities by leveraging product knowledge and customer insights.

You will coordinate budgets, mentor staff, and align activities to attain AOP and company goals while expanding key accounts with a focus on reducing churn and opening new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business-related field.
• Minimum five years in foodservice sales with two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Territory Managers to achieve sales goals and develop accounts.
• Coach, mentor, and train TMs to improve performance and revenue growth.
• Lead district sales planning and coordinate budgets and expenses.
• Open high-potential accounts and reduce churn through strategic initiatives.
• Ensure policy adherence and provide field support for TM development.
