Job summary

MMR Group in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a District Fleet Safety Coordinator to oversee safety and regulatory programs for the district's vehicle fleet. You will ensure compliance for DOT, CMV, and non-regulated vehicles, and serve as the primary contact for fleet safety matters at the district level.

The role requires at least 3 years of fleet safety experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance and HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Fleet Safety/Management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and FMCSA rules.
• Ability to upload, track, and report on employee training.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle safety and regulatory compliance within the district.
• Ensure company-owned vehicles meet safety standards and inspections.
• Coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and inspections.
• Deliver fleet safety coaching and driver training across the district.
• Maintain driver files, licenses, DOT paperwork, and CMV documentation.
• Monitor HOS compliance and DOT audits at district level.
