Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Fleet Safety and/or Fleet Management.
• Working knowledge of DOT Regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to upload, track, and report on employee training.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Vehicle Safety Oversight: Monitor and enforce fleet safety policies for all vehicle types.
• DOT Compliance: Ensure FMCSA and DOT regulations compliance, including HOS and driver qualification files.
• Non-DOT Fleet Compliance: Maintain driver records and vehicle registrations.
• Training and Coaching: Deliver training on defensive driving, DOT compliance, and fleet policies.
• Incident/Accident Management: Respond to incidents and coordinate investigations.
• Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain district dashboards and analyze trends.
• Administrative and Collaborative Tasks: Maintain auditable safety records and collaborate with district teams.
