Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is seeking an experienced District Sprinkler Project Sales Manager to lead the district's sales operations across Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler projects, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and handoff to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing a sales team.
• Experience selling commercial Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler systems.
• Proven success leading a fire protection sales organization while meeting revenue goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop pricing strategies and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive sales of Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler offerings.
• Lead district sales team to achieve activity, revenue, profitability, and overall financial goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
• Identify market trends and key fire protection project opportunities; represent the company at industry events.
• Manage, mentor, coach, and develop the New England Project Sales team.
• Achieve assigned sales and financial goals for the designated territory (identify applicable states).
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and secure new business while growing existing relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to meet objectives.
• Oversee bid opportunities and bid review process.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of awarded projects to operations.
• Identify strategic target customers and expand client base.
