Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related field.
• Prior fire sprinkler experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn company systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure field teams have current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and schedules.
• Assist with permits, vendor pricing, material deliveries, and fabrication releases.
• Help track costs, labor, change orders, and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, coordination efforts, and closeout activities.
