Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler systems or related field.
• Experience with estimating and managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proven project management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and multi-family markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages; negotiate contracts.
• Manage sprinkler installation projects from award to completion, including schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with field personnel, suppliers, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, OSHA standards, and company quality policies.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeouts.
