Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is hiring a District Sales Manager for Insurance. You will drive F-I initiatives, expand dealer participation in the Hyundai-branded F-I program, and coach dealers on income development and product knowledge.

In this role, you will execute the district sales action plan with the Regional Sales Manager and lead training to increase effectiveness and competitiveness in the insurance product suite.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years automotive retail management or extended warranty/F-I field sales experience.
• 1+ year of F-I specific experience.
• Proven ability to sell F-I product portfolios.
• Captive experience preferred.
• Strong dealer conversion, income development, and product knowledge.
• Formal F-I training preferred (JM-A, Pat Ryan, Allstate).
• Outstanding field sales and dealer support skills; strong targets track record.
• Broad knowledge of Extended Warranty and F-I program design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attain district sales objectives and grow F-I engagement with dealers.
• Enroll and activate dealers in the Hyundai-branded F-I program.
• Plan and implement dealer income development and training.
• Develop and execute the district's sales action plan with the RSM.
• Develop relationships and training for dealers; serve as trusted advisor.
