Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance to drive district-level sales initiatives and expand product penetration among Hyundai/Kia dealers. You will build strong dealer relationships, provide consultative sales support, training, and product education, and work with internal partners to resolve F&I challenges while achieving annual sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, business development, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, F&I operations, vehicle protection products, or captive finance/automotive financial services preferred.
• Experience providing training, consultative sales support, or product education to dealer, customer-facing, or field sales teams preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling practices.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations, F&I processes, and vehicle protection products (Vehicle Service Contracts, GAP, Prepaid Maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption, product penetration, and revenue growth for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage strong dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor.
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals, general managers, finance managers, and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance, sales trends, and dealer results to identify growth opportunities and plan actions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I-related challenges and ensure compliance while strengthening dealer/customer experience.
