Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a District Sales Manager, Insurance in Charlotte, NC to drive F&I district initiatives, expand dealer partnerships, and exceed sales objectives for Vehicle Service Contracts and related products.

You will lead dealer enrollment, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Insurance and Regional Managers to optimize performance and customer value.

Qualifications

2-4 years automotive retail management (F&I manager experience preferred).
1+ year of F&I specific experience (may be included in 2-4 years).
Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand district sales initiatives for F&I products.
Strengthen relationships with dealers and oversee enrollment and activation.
Lead dealer training and support for F&I office operations.
Execute the District’s sales action plan with Regional Manager and Insurance teams.
