Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Insurance to lead and expand F&I-focused district initiatives in the Charlotte area. You will drive dealer enrollment, training, and strategic partnerships to meet and exceed insurance product sales objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of automotive retail management or F&I field sales experience, plus a track record of achieving sales targets. This role offers a strong compensation package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years automotive retail management or F&I field sales experience.
• 1+ year of F&I experience.
• Proven record delivering sales objectives.
• Strong dealer development and income generation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand district sales initiatives.
• Support Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, GAP products.
• Train and assist dealers in F&I processes.
• Build relationships with business partners to exceed targets.
