Job summary

ADP is hiring a Managed Services District Channel Manager for the US enterprise market. You will execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive Managed Services sales in an assigned territory and collaborate with Field Sales and Channel Marketing to hit quotas.

You will travel up to 30% (including overnights) and report progress to senior sales leadership while shaping the channel strategy and partner ecosystem across ADP divisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience selling Managed Services in a geographic area.
• Demonstrated success exceeding assigned revenue targets.
• Knowledge of U.S. Payroll market.
• Knowledge of ADP Payroll offerings.

Responsibilities

• Execute the product sales strategy in partnership with field sales.
• Drive sales in a geographic area of responsibility to meet quotas.
• Assist with top of funnel activities to help build pipeline.
• Create and deploy industry knowledge within the territory.
• Report market information regarding competitors’ efforts in the channel.
• Champion and interface between sales management and other ADP groups.
• Drive managed services sales process and deal strategy with sales leadership.
• Periodic reviews with focus on activity standards and referral activity.
• Provide progress updates to Sr. Sales Leadership.
• 30% travel required, including overnights.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
