The role requires 2–5 years of relevant automotive sales management experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel and relocate as needed. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent automotive industry experience.
• 2-5 years of wholesale automotive OEM sales or retail automotive sales management experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding vehicle sales quotas and market penetration targets.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and dealer consulting capabilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; willingness to travel extensively and relocate in the future.

Responsabilités

• Partner with dealership executive teams to achieve wholesale, retail sales, and market share targets.
• Conduct in-dealership sales training to elevate customer satisfaction and sales closing efficiency.
• Consult with dealers on vehicle inventory floor planning, local advertising, and merchandising.
• Review and analyze dealership financial statements to identify market growth opportunities.
• Negotiate dealership sales commitments and execute promotional brand campaigns.
