Honda's Acura division seeks a District Sales Manager to drive sales and profitability across designated dealer networks. This role requires a self-starter with a strong sales background, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

You will lead dealer training, review performance, and collaborate on floor promotions while traveling extensively to build lasting partnerships and help Honda bring the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• 2–5 years of wholesale automotive sales/retail auto sales with a track record of meeting objectives.
• Experience in report writing and large group presentations.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and profitability in designated zone by leading dealers.
• Conduct in-dealership training; improve customer and sales satisfaction.
• Assist dealers with floor planning, promotions, merchandising, advertising, and other sales consultant responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and develop dealership accounts and contracts
• Review and analyze dealerships financial performance
