Job summary

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager based in Seattle, WA or Englewood, CO, overseeing 10-11 Honda/Acura dealerships.

You will guide parts and service profitability, partner with dealership leaders, and drive sales growth across the district. The role emphasizes developing fixed operations performance, improving CSI, reducing oil change wait times, and training dealership staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or automotive field.
• 5+ years in automotive dealership parts and service management.
• Solid understanding of OEM warranty policies and dealership financials.
• Proven consultative sales, customer relations, and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dealership principals, service directors, and parts managers to hit sales targets.
• Improve CSI and customer retention across assigned dealerships.
• Lead Express/Accelerated Service initiatives to cut oil change wait times.
• Grow retail parts and accessory sales and CPOR revenue.
• Support dealer training programs for advisors and technicians.
