Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of automotive parts and service management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies, dealership financial statements, and service workflows.
• Demonstrated consultative sales ability, customer relations, and business planning capabilities.
• Clean driving record; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.

Responsibilities
