Flint is hiring an Account Associate in New York City to lead the first conversations with school districts when AI strategies begin to take shape. You will drive outbound initiatives, map district stakeholders, and book qualified demos that push cycles forward.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in customer-facing roles with quotas, excellent phone presence, and a willingness to shape Flint’s sales playbook. Equity and growth are core rewards for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in a customer-facing role with a numeric quota.
• You own high-volume phone conversations and drive outcomes.
• You communicate clearly and represent Flint well to school leaders.
• You prefer figuring out what works over following scripts.

Responsabilités

• Own every top-of-funnel interaction: calls, meetings, and personalized outreach with district leaders.
• Turn warm interest into qualified demos with district decision-makers.
• Map stakeholders and navigate buying groups to reach the decision-makers.
• Run discovery to uncover district needs and present Flint compellingly for a second conversation.
• Share feedback to improve messages, handling of objections, and persona effectiveness.
