ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sales Representative for our Portland, OR area to drive revenue through contract hardware distributors. The role emphasizes relationship-building, technical solution selling, and aligned quotes with our Door Security Solutions product lines.

Remote/hybrid work is available, with travel as needed. Qualified candidates have a college degree and at least 5 years in distribution channel management, plus proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Minimum 5 years in distribution channel management or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain distributor relationships across the organization.
• Solicit, follow-up, and negotiate quotes to close sales.
• Manage distributor buying programs and promotions to drive revenue.
• Promote distributor promotions and ensure quotes align with ASSA ABLOY specs.
• Conduct distributor business reviews and product/solution training.
• Coordinate resolution of product and field service issues and maintain brand presence.
