ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Portland, OR is seeking a Service Sales Representative to grow our local service business by developing new account opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

You will meet service sales and quoting quotas, use our CRM system, and collaborate on schedules, reports, and follow-up. A marketing or business degree and 2–3 years in sales are preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Marketing or business degree preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a business development/sales environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Meet monthly and quarterly service sales quota.
• Meet monthly and quarterly service quoting quota.
• Understand the company’s quoting and CRM process and systems.
• Submit forecast and reports in a timely, legible manner.
• Call on local end users (in-person visits).
• Maintain relationships with major customers.
• Foster relationships with new prospects.
• Provide customers with all requested service reports.
• Understand AAADM Certification; knowledge of door hardware/electric door hardware.
• Address customer complaints and resolutions; participate with Dispatch/Administrative Assistant.
• Keep current on competitors' pricing and participate in professional associations.
