The role focuses on relationship and technical solution selling, negotiating profitable sales across the Door Security Solutions product lines, and supporting distributors with training and program management.

• Proficiency in CRM tools for sales reporting and activity tracking.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships in all areas of the distributor’s organization.
• Actively solicit, follow-up, and negotiate all quote opportunities.
• Manage distributor buying programs and promote distributor promotions.
• Coordinate distributor product/solution training sessions and reviews.
• Ensure distributors quote ASSA ABLOY specifications and maintain brand shelf space.
