Job summary

The CORE Group-Payroll, LLC is seeking a Distribution Sales Team member to drive strategic relationships with distributors and operators in the Marlborough, MA area.

You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute plans, manage the full sales cycle, and travel as needed to maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio. A proven sales background and CRM proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell CORE client's products to distributors and operators, building long-term relationships.
• Develop and implement sales plans with the team aligned to client goals.
• Maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio with regular outreach to 15 partners every 60 days.
• Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week and present at least 3 clients per call.
• Execute sales targets using effective sales techniques and CRM tooling.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with other departments.
