Job summary

The CORE Group-Payroll, LLC is seeking a Distribution Sales Team member to drive sales with distributors and operators. You will develop strategies, manage a Platinum Partner portfolio, and maintain strong client relationships to meet targets.

You will use CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and closures, stay informed on industry trends, and collaborate with marketing to produce effective collateral. This is a full-time role requiring travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes, as required.

Responsibilities

• Sell CORE client products to distributors and operators, focusing on building long-term relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 15 Platinum Partners by calling on them every 60 days.
• Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week.
• Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
• Utilize CRM to manage sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both distributors and operators.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about our clients' offerings.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
