Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Estimator to manage estimating activities and build strong relationships with distributor customers and their clients. The role focuses on ensuring accurate product specification and timely quotes while supporting the sales team with exceptional customer service.

The candidate will enter and update estimates, coordinate with customers, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service/inside sales experience.
• Excellent communication via email and phone.
• General knowledge with Word and Excel spreadsheets.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter estimates into estimating systems and coordinate with customers to ensure correct product is specified and quoted.
• Update existing estimates and ensure appropriate products are quoted.
• Estimate/quote projects and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Multi-task on different projects that need estimates entered.
• Work independently to meet daily benchmarks.
• Fills in for Inside Sales Representatives as needed.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
