Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to support customers by communicating product information, managing sales processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include handling RFQs, interpreting drawings and specifications, estimating costs, preparing quotations, and coordinating with sales, engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure projects fit the business.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial manufacturing, material sciences, or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product information and manage sales processes to deliver customer service.
• Receive, respond to quotations and interpret customer drawings and specifications.
• Estimate production costs and determine selling prices for quotations.
• Prepare, send, and follow-up on customer quotations.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure project fit.
