Job summary

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, part of the Knorr-Bremse Group, is seeking a Business Team Leader for 2nd and weekend shifts at the Huntington, IN plant. You will lead Dampers production, drive safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Lean targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and adherence to TS16949 and ISO14001; on-site with a Friday-Sunday schedule 6 pm–6 am.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in a Lean leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead people.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dampers production teams and drive safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Collaborate with HSE, Quality, Engineering, Materials and HR to meet value stream targets.
• Apply Lean techniques to improve capacity and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure on-time shipments and compliance with plant policies.
