Job summary

Bendix is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Huntington, IN to lead Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Material Flow across manufacturing and distribution. You will drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and KPI-based performance in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The role requires 10+ years of materials/operations experience, with leadership exposure and APICS or equivalent credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plant supply chain strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Material Flow.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing and Operations.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and implement contingency plans.
