Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA preferred.
- CPCU or other industry designation preferred.
- 10+ years of Commercial P&C insurance industry underwriting, Agency Management, Agency Operations, Marketing or field sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strategic view of aggregators and cross-regional agency partners and changes in distribution strategies.
- Develop infrastructure and tactics to support standardized aggregator relationship management.
- Lead development and execution of a 3-5 year distribution strategy across multiple lines and geographies.
- Develop and execute agency compensation strategy including profit sharing and incentive programs.
