Job summary

The CORE Group-Payroll, LLC is seeking a Distribution Sales Team member to represent CORE Foodservice and sell CORE client products to operators in the assigned territory. You will develop sales plans, call on new and existing customers, and manage activities using a CRM system to drive growth and client satisfaction.

You will build relationships, stay current on industry trends, and collaborate with colleagues to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in foodservice or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
• Experience with CRM and sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Sell CORE client products to operators in the assigned territory, focusing on new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, minimum 15 Platinum Partners by calling every 60 days.
• Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week.
• Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
• Assist in creating and implementing sales plans that align with client targets.
• Utilize CRM to manage and track sales activities and provide updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Generate sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Attend industry events to represent the company and build brand awareness.
• Uphold company values and ethical sales practices.
