Wonder is hiring a Distribution Operations Manager in Swedesboro, NJ to lead high-volume warehouse processes across receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping. You will drive safety, efficiency, and accuracy while guiding Supervisors and hourly teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in distribution, familiarity with WMS and OSHA standards, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, team engagement, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational KPIs.The Distribution Operations Manager serves as a people-first leader who develops frontline leaders and hourly associates, supports workforce planning, and drives accountability through performance management and operational discipline.This role operates within a high-volume warehouse and distribution facility where teams work around moving equipment, dock operations, and fast-paced logistics workflows.
