Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience (or equivalent external experience).
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience (or strong Supervisory Assessment).
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior; requires working knowledge of safety rules and work practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to meet safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership and development of the craft workforce; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call coverage.
• Plan budgets and allocate resources to meet business plans.
• Promote a high-performance culture and diversity; act as change agent for initiatives.
