Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience or acceptable Supervisory Assessment rating.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior; knowledge of safety rules and work practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct craft employees to achieve safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate emergency response to restore service with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within departmental budgets and plan resources to meet business plans and objectives.
• Promote a high-performance culture and diversity; act as a change agent for initiatives.
