Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a seasoned supervisor to direct craft teams in the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground electric and gas facilities. You will lead a skilled workforce, manage budgets and ensure safety, reliability and customer satisfaction in a dynamic utility environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills and knowledge of safety practices, with a readiness to respond to energy delivery emergencies and storms as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety rules and work practices
• Experience in utility construction/maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct craft employees in construction, operation and maintenance of electric and/or gas facilities
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call responsibilities
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet safety and reliability goals
