Exelon Corporation is seeking a senior utilities supervisor to direct craft employees, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency in electric distribution operations. You will foster a high-performance culture, coach staff, and manage union relations while aligning with budgets and strategic plans.

The role requires 24-hour on-call availability, strong communication, and collaboration with multiple departments to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction across the region.

Formación

• 4–7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience
• 2–3 years internal supervisory experience or an acceptable Supervisory Assessment rating
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills in a high-performance culture
• This position requires 24-hour on-call responsibility and varied work schedules
• Minimum 2-year commitment in position required

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to assure safety, reliability and performance goals.
• Promote a high-performance culture and provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate open communication and ensure upward feedback is integrated into processes.
• Manage Union/management relationships and engage local union stewards to support the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Work within departmental budgets and plan resource coverage to meet business plans.
• Coordinate emergency response to restore continuity of service to customers.
