ESP Associates, Inc. seeks a Manager of Engineering, Distribution to lead regional distribution engineering teams and deliver high-quality, cost-effective transmission line engineering services. You will also contribute to business development and set strategies aligning with company objectives.

Responsibilities include team development, project oversight, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 12+ years of related engineering experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Understanding of evaluating engineering and design issues.
• Ability to develop better alternatives for the distribution group with clear communication.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams.
• Grow the business in your region through business development.
• Uphold Pickett’s values, brand promises, and code of conduct.
• Provide a work environment conducive to growth and development.
• Oversee engineering scope, change orders, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain high quality and client responsiveness to Pickett’s standards.
• Oversee distribution design activities, QA/QC.
