Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Engineering, Distribution to lead and develop distribution engineering teams in the assigned region, ensure high quality and cost-competitive transmission line engineering services, and contribute to business development strategies.

You will oversee design activities, manage engineering scope, schedules, budgets, and maintain client relationships while upholding the company values and code of conduct. A PE license and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering and PE certification are required.
• Minimum 12+ years of related engineering experience, preferably in consulting or electric utility.
• Strong knowledge of project scope, schedule and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop distribution engineering teams across the region.
• Support business development and grow regional opportunities.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality per standards.
• Maintain client relationships and interact with customers regularly.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company values and code of conduct.
