Job summary

POWERX Edge is seeking a Distribution Engineer II in Atlanta, GA to design and estimate overhead and underground power distribution projects for diverse customers. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary work, lead Capital and O&M efforts, and ensure compliance with NEC/NESC standards.

You will act as a primary technical contact for clients, driving safe, cost-effective, high-quality solutions while advancing your career in a growing power infrastructure team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required or equivalent.
EIT or PE license preferred; relevant field experience encouraged.
Experience with power distribution systems and NEC/NESC standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, estimate, and coordinate overhead and underground power distribution projects.
Lead Capital and O&M projects from concept to closeout.
Identify innovative engineering solutions to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and safety.
Prepare accurate project documentation and reports.
Serve as primary technical contact for client stakeholders.
