Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited) or Engineering Technology or Math/Science; PE may substitute.
• Two-year technical degree or four-year non-technical degree acceptable for Engineer Representative role.
• Experience in distribution engineering or power utility industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day engineering work in an assigned area including service design, estimating, and coordinating construction for overhead and underground projects.
• Prepare and schedule construction to meet service dates and write switching orders for reliability.
• Process documentation in compliance with requirements and assist with asset management programs.
• Participate in on-call trouble supervision and storm restoration duties as needed.
