Job summary
POWERX Edge is seeking a Distribution Engineer II to design, estimate, and coordinate distribution projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will lead Capital and O&M efforts from concept through closeout, delivering safe, cost-effective solutions while meeting industry standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- 1–3 years of progressive engineering experience.
- EIT or PE license preferred.
- Knowledge of NEC, NESC, Distribution Bulletins, Engineering Handbook and related standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, estimate, and coordinate the construction of overhead and underground power distribution systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Lead and manage Capital and O&M projects through all phases of development, from concept to closeout.
- Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions to improve system reliability, cost efficiency, and safety.
- Prepare accurate project documentation, reports, and technical analyses.
- Serve as primary technical contact for client stakeholders, ensuring responsiveness and technical excellence.
