Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Distribution Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL. The role handles customer inquiries, orders, receipts, and complaints, while coordinating with Traffic and Operations to expedite shipments.

The position requires strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work irregular hours. Previous shipping/warehouse liaison experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office.
• Basic typing skills.
• Familiarity with 10-key.
• Shipping software systems including UPS and Federal Express.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends and potentially holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers, responds to inquiries and complaints in a courteous, effective manner.
• Processes and inputs all customer orders.
• Produces stock reports to check product availability.
• Prepares shipping and tracing information for customers.
• Coordinates special and last-minute shipping requests with Traffic/Operations.
• Ensures invoices are accurate and issues proper paperwork for orders.
• Lollows up with other departments to maintain service standards.
