NFI is seeking a Distribution Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate shipping from our Mississippi facility. The role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The position involves collaborating with warehouse, traffic, and office teams to ensure timely delivery and proper invoicing while maintaining records and procedure manuals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications.
• Basic typing skills.
• Familiarity with 10-key.
• Shipping software systems including UPS and Federal Express.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
• Process and input customer orders.
• Produce stock reports to check product availability.
• Prepare and file all paperwork for customer work orders.
• Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with Traffic and Operations.
• Provide follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards.
