Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor in Dundalk, MD to lead an hourly team and coordinate operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will oversee 20 to 30 hourly associates, hire and evaluate staff, and drive safety, efficiency and accuracy in merchandise handling.

Responsibilities include developing goals, coaching associates, maintaining inventory accuracy and planning shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 45% Managing Process: Ensures operations procedures are followed and improvements are recommended.
• 25% Coaching and Developing Associates: Training, coaching, evaluations, and staff hiring/discipline.
• 15% Drives Results: Maintains inventory accuracy and analyzes key metrics.
• 15% Business Planning: Plans staffing to meet production efficiency and business needs.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
