Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach an hourly distribution team of 20–30 associates.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to operations procedures and drive process improvements.
• Monitor key metrics such as productivity, accuracy, quality and headcount planning.
• Travel typically less than 10% for onsite/DC coordination.
