Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 5+ years of relevant experience or a University degree.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred (WM Manhattan, PkMS, Oracle WM, SAP WM, RP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exhibit attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8 or more employees, directing their work activities for efficiency.
• Support daily distribution demands in receiving, order processing, and shipping.
• Monitor workflow and space constraints; help implement efficient processes.
• Maintain operational and inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping duties are followed in assigned areas.
