Job summary

Gildan is seeking a results-driven Distribution Center leader to manage the Printwear DC operations in a fast-paced environment. You will direct budgeting, KPI achievement, and labor planning to meet cost, service, and safety targets.

You will drive continuous improvement through Lean practices, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with IT and 3PL partners to optimize warehouse processes and material flow.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient in WMS/WES and order management systems; JDE or SAP experience required.
• Strong data literacy with ability to build and interpret dashboards.
• Experience leading large hourly and salaried teams under OSHA/DOT.

Responsibilities

• Direct the total operating performance of the Printwear Distribution Center.
• Develop budgets and manage facility performance against KPI targets.
• Promote Customer Service Excellence and maintain safety and compliance.
• Lead labor models, shift structures, and capacity planning around seasonality.
• Evaluate emerging automation and technology for ROI and implementation.
