Job summary

Gildan is a leading apparel manufacturer with a strong portfolio of brands. This role sits in our Charleston Distribution Center, where you’ll assist the DC workflow, perform pallet picks, case picks, pallet building and put cases on the conveyor under limited supervision.

You’ll work with RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System, help meet KPIs, and support safety and teamwork. Requirements include a High School Diploma and 1–3 years of warehouse experience; ability to lift 50 lbs; good

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years related experience
• Work requires moderate to heavy physical effort
• Strong safety orientation and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure KPIs and production goals are met.
• Suggest process improvements and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Handle materials with pallet jacks, hand trucks, and powered equipment.
• Operate RF scanners and Warehouse Management System tools.
• Maintain safety and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
