You will oversee daily distribution, schedule, timekeeping, and safety compliance, while driving continuous improvement in operations.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or higher, 5+ years in distribution/warehouse leadership, and experience with warehouse management systems. Join a team focused on efficiency and quality.
Competenze
- High School Diploma + minimum of 5 years relevant experience or University degree.
- Strong ability to supervise 8+ employees and coordinate multiple teams.
- Experience with safety procedures, PPE, and housekeeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to train staff.
