Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee material handlers, equipment operators, and team leaders to maximize order flow, inventory accuracy, and processing standards. You will supervise 8+ staff, coordinate daily distribution tasks, and ensure safety and quality across receiving, processing, and shipping.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience or a university degree; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems is

• Experience supervising 8+ employees.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to organize resources and prioritize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise material handlers, equipment operators, team leaders to maximize order flow and inventory accuracy.
• Direct associates to ensure efficiency and safety within scope of operation.
• Maintain schedules, attendance, and timekeeping for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
