Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience or University degree.
• Experience supervising 8 or more employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise material handlers, equipment operators, team leaders, and others to maximize order flow and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor workflow, space, and supply constraints; suggest and implement efficient processes.
• Maintain operational and inventory reports for management.
• Direct and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficiency and safety in assigned areas.
